Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products. If you receive a defective or broken item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email a clear photo of the damage to support@esmeera.com. We will assess if a replacement is needed. Normal wear and tear or misuse are not covered.
